On Wednesday August 28, the annual Friends of UCR fundraising dinner took place. During this evening, 7 UCR students received a scholarship. The dinner and auction raised nearly €45,000, an absolute record! The money will be used to provide non-EU students with a scholarship to study at UCR. This is an interest free, revolving loan. This way, the Friends of UCR ensures that money that has been donated can be used for new scholarships in the future.
