Dr. Yvonne Kops is currently a member of the executive board of Vereniging Ons Middelbaar Onderwijs in the Province of Noord-Brabant. She is a senior governor in education, as financial director and as program manager in education and research, with rich experience in leadership in higher education. She is equally experienced as Commissioner for institutions in the public sector. dr. Kops’ showed great sense of judgement in talking through the challenges and opportunities for the UCR organization. Irrespective of whether this concerned educational innovation, finances, facilities, or HR-related matters, dr. Kops showed great knowledge and commitment relevant to the cause of running our unique organization.

Dr. Rob Neutelings is Chair of the Executive Board at Curio (the former ROC West-Brabant). He has extensive experience as financial director in academic and other educational institutions, as well as being Commissioner for institutions in the public sector. Dr. Neutelings has a proven track record in strategy development, change management, and transition of complex organizations. He bridges the gaps between stakeholders, cultures, organizational models and approaches, and is therefore perfectly qualified to guide UCR in its current growth.
