All you need to know when you have accepted your invitation to study at UCR.
This information is for students who have been invited to study at UCR and have accepted the invitation.
Before we can welcome you to campus, you will need to arrange some things.

Orientation Schedule
Orientation is filled with practical, educational, and fun activities and is essential for your studies at UCR. It starts on Friday August 14 and includes mandatory and optional elements. The schedule will be published at least a week in advance.

Insurance
You will need to have insurance. Health Insurance is compulsory for everyone living in the Netherlands, and some other recommended insurances are listed too.

Summer Orientation
From 14 August – 21 August 2026, the Orientation will take place for students starting in the Fall 2026-2027 semester. Orientation helps you to get to know different parts of studying, living and making friends in Middelburg. We look forward to welcoming you on Friday 14 August, 2026 for Orientation!
