Jennifer-Rose Kruger, BA

Hi, I’m Jennifer‑Rose (Hoffman) Kruger, and I’m the Social Media and Content Officer at University College Roosevelt (UCR). I’m originally from South Africa, where I earned my BA in Creative Brand Communications with a specialization in Visual Communications from Vega School in 2017. My background spans corporate and agency settings, where I focused on digital marketing, graphic design, and social media strategy. In 2021, I relocated to the Netherlands and continued working as a freelance digital marketing professional.

At UCR, I’m responsible for shaping and managing the college’s digital presence. From developing creative campaigns to producing engaging content and maintaining an authentic social voice, I’m passionate about sharing the stories, people, and energy that make this community so special. I approach my work with positivity, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for creativity and connection.

Lifelong learning is important to me—I challenge myself to take at least one new course every year to stay current and inspired. Outside of work, I love exploring new places, whether that’s a weekend trip or a walk in nature with my dog Zuri. I’m also a big believer in the power of art, storytelling, and human connection to build meaningful communities, both online and off.
