Rosalie Koppejan, MA

As UCR’s Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer, I play a key role in shaping and executing UCR’s marketing, recruitment, and admissions strategy. Over the course of my career, I have built expertise in student recruitment and admissions, with a particular focus on the Dutch market. I actively collaborate with schools and counselors nationwide to attract a talented and diverse student body to our university.

My academic journey began at HZ University of Applied Sciences, where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages. After graduating, I joined DHL before deciding to pursue a career path where I could make a greater societal impact by combining practice and theory. This led me to Utrecht University, where I earned a degree in Intercultural Communication.

Since then, I worked in People Management, travelled internationally and honed my skills in intercultural collaboration and leadership. Today, I am proud to bring this global experience back to my roots, where I contribute to strengthening our recruitment efforts and fostering a diverse student population!
